OUR TESTIMONIALS

What Client Thinks About Us

This is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in in Nepal, and definitely not the most expensive. The service is incredibly good, the rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything you need (very comfy beds), the whole premesis is beautifully decorated, the restaurant is of a high standard and the complimentary breakfast is without a doubt that best I've had anywhere in the world. The room rate should be about 3x what it is to reflect the quality. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best place to stay in Kathmandu. Close enough to the Boudhanath Stupa to be there in 2 minutes walk but still a bit out of the main noise and hubbub. The most exemplary and friendly staff in the history of hoteldom. They genuinely care about their guests. Clean, modern, one of the very few hotels with AC/Heat that won't shatter your budget. Great restaurant within. I spend a lot of time in KTM and won't stay anywhere else.

I am a long term guest at Pema Boutique Hotel since August 2020 and I could not be happier. This is the only hotel I have seen in Nepal that has rooms set aside for long term guests. There is a kitchen thoughtfully supplied with good cooking utensils including an induction cooker, a proper rice cooker and steamer as well as above average quality cooking utensils. In addition, they are fully aware of how to make an appropriate price for long term guests and in this they are unique among hotels here. The AC/heater in both the bedroom and sitting room work well which make Kathmandu summers much more comfortable and I expect winters too will be comfortable. The tasty fresh food ordered from the restaurant is delivered promptly and by friendly responsive staff. The windows are somewhat thicker than normal which helps to block out the modest street noise in this area. But the real key to my happiness here is the genuine service orientation and kindness of the hotel owners, Wangmo and her brother Nikky and the entire staff. Whenever I have asked for help like with putting up art work in my room, they have responded quickly and thoughtfully. Once I asked Pasang to remove the dust from a piece of luggage. He not only did that but washed it returning the suitcase pretty much to pristine shape. My bedroom has generous closet space and the hot water is, well, hot and plentiful. In brief, I feel very well cared for. I completely trust them to deal well with any issues that may arise in the course of what I expect will be a long stay here. I am sure you too will be well cared for here and I recommend this hotel without hesitation.
